Tipton plans après town hall meeting

Rep. Scott Tipton is planning his first public meeting with Aspen constituents since he took office in January of last year. The Republican congressman will hold an open town hall-style gathering at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 3 at BB’s Kitchen.
